For security reasons your Webmail and Control Panel are running on a different "port" than your normal website.
If you are using a "Firewall", or your place of business has a "Firewall", please make sure the following ports are open:
Control Panel:
2082 cpanel tcp inbound
2083 cpanel ssl tcp inbound (Secure)
